What happens when my minutes run out?
Transcription stops and HeyScribe asks you to upgrade. Plan minutes reset every month, and everything you have already transcribed stays in your library.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Manage billing in your account settings, which takes you to Stripe's secure billing page, and cancel in a few clicks.
Which email do I use at checkout?
The email of your HeyScribe account. Checkout opens with it filled in and locked, so your plan is linked to your account automatically.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Free gives you 20 minutes in total with no card. Paying is only needed when you want more minutes.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. HeyScribe never sees or stores your card number.
